About Me.

Hi, I’m Portia McEwan — a dedicated freelance executive assistant supporting founders and senior leaders across small-to-medium businesses.

I provide high-level operational, administrative, and executive support that keeps businesses running smoothly, so leaders can concentrate on what matters most.

I’ve worked across corporate and professional services, creative sectors and service-based industries, adapting quickly to different teams and workflows to make an immediate impact.

I began my career in medical communications at WPP in London before moving to Australia and stepping into senior operational and executive support roles. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and team support — skills I now bring to every freelance client engagement.

Since 2023, I’ve worked independently in contract roles, gradually building my freelance practice. In 2024, I established my freelance business full-time, partnering with multiple clients to deliver reliable, proactive support across ongoing and project-based engagements.
